The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) brings together people and knowledge to improve the health and safety of individuals, families and communities across Canada. As a national non-profit created by an Act of Parliament, we hold a unique position from which we can bridge the gap between government agencies and public stakeholders.
