Provides guidelines for healthcare providers to promote low-risk alcohol drinking among patients. These guidelines list intervention strategies for men and women for long- and short-term alcohol-related harms, contraindications, during pregnancy and for youth to reduce alcohol-related harms through screening, brief intervention and referral to specialized services.
