About this report
Examines data of cannabis use among Canadian youth in order to increase understanding of youth perceptions and inform prevention interventions. This study, compiled from 10 focus groups in five cities, identifies factors that influence the decision to use or not use cannabis and concludes that a lack of knowledge among youth of related harms underscores a need for a coordinated and comprehensive approach to reducing cannabis use.
