About this report
Examines social reference prices (SRPs) for alcoholic beverages, also known as “floor” or “minimum” prices, and how they are applied differently across Canadian provinces and territories. Research confirms that SRPs can help reduce harmful patterns of alcohol use and related problems. Produced by the National Alcohol Strategy Advisory Committee, this study provides recommendations for SRPs for alcohol sold from off-premise retail outlets.
