Examines data on individuals who accessed publicly funded services for substance use treatment in Canada, to help identify information gaps. This report is intended for researchers, analysts, leaders, decision makers and advisors to support treatment service planning and development. Once of the key findings was that non-residential treatment accounted for the majority of episodes (66.2%). Alcohol was the most common substance used by clients of treatment centres.
