Examines the effectiveness of multidimensional family therapy (MDFT) for reducing substance use among youth. This rapid review concludes that those who participated in MDFT were less likely to be dependent, used substances less frequently at a 12-month follow-up period and experienced better outcomes related to substance use severity.
