Ottawa, November 26, 2018 — The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) is pleased to launch National Addictions Awareness Week from November 26 to December 2, 2018.

This report summarizes key findings presented in the Clearing the Smoke on Cannabis series.

Problem gambling has been recognized as a significant public health issue. Until now, there were no evidence-informed guidelines to help people who gamble do so in a way that reduces their risk of experiencing harms related to gambling.
