Priscille Pana, MSc

Priscille has expertise in social epidemiology, data analysis, quantitative research, health inequalities and the social determinants of health.
Biography:
CCSA’s work with and for vulnerable populations was essential to Priscille Pana’s decision to join the organization in May 2020. Being a part of change and helping to improve public health measures for substance use are key motivators for her.
Previously, Priscille was an epidemiology research agent at the University of Montreal’s Hospital Research Centre and a researcher in the epidemiology of childhood obesity at the CHUL Research Centre at Laval University. She also worked with First Nations as a consultant in public health, collaborating with communities to evaluate their needs and plan to meet them, work she considers a career highlight.
Priscille holds a BSc in biochemistry and an MSc in epidemiology. She has also earned a graduate certificate in Public Health-Global Health. All her higher education studies took place at Laval.
In her free time, Priscille is an avid fan of amusement parks and enjoys Sunday brunch with friends.
