Making history: recounting CCSA's first 20 years 

A new publication, Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse: The first 20 years , is the latest in a series of special projects and activities marking CCSA's 20th anniversary. The 52-page document starts with CCSA's legislated establishment in 1988—and some of the behind-the-scenes activities that brought that about—and then moves forward through time looking at the people and events that shaped the Centre.
